Bookings
Booking requests sent through this website, by email or WhatsApp are free and non-binding. A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation with the itinerary and the final price.
Prices & payment
Prices are given in USD or EUR and include what is listed in each trip description. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made on the day of the service in cash (MAD, EUR or USD). For multi-day tours a deposit may be requested.
Cancellations
- Day trips, activities and transfers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start.
- Multi-day tours: free cancellation up to 7 days before departure; after that any deposit may be retained to cover accommodation costs.
Changes
We may adjust itineraries for safety, weather or road conditions. Private trips can be modified at your request when possible.
Responsibility
Travelers must hold valid travel insurance. Marrakech Way is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, road closures, flight delays).
